1. What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with premium-quality, eco-friendly soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks. Each scent is hand-poured in small batches using phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn.

2. Are your candles safe for pets and children?
Yes, our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients and are safe to use around pets and children. However, we recommend always burning candles in a supervised area and keeping them out of reach.

3. How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies depending on the candle size, but most of our candles provide between 30 to 60 hours of burn time when used properly.

4. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future!

7. What’s your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at luminaryscentsbylena@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

8. How should I care for my candle?

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn

• Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time

Yes! We offer gift-ready packaging options at checkout, perfect for birthdays, holidays, or self-care surprises.
